The classrooms have glass walls to ensure that parents feel welcome to observe their children after asking permission from the office. There is natural lighting and good circulation of air in each room. The air purifier in the classroom is a big help to remove contaminants from the air.

We instill a great set of values which include self-respect and respect to others, responsibility, kindness and honesty. Adalah penting untuk memulai pendidikan dan membangun karakter anak sejak usia dini. Kasih sayang dan pendidikan yang terbaik sangatlah penting bagi masa depan mereka. Adakalanya kesibukan sangat menyita waktu kita sehingga sedikit waktu kita untuk mendampingi mereka belajar. Disinilah peran preschool, menyerahkan pendidikan pada preschool adalah jawaban yang tepat. Mengapa Preschool? Karena Preschool memberikan pendidikan maksimal di usia emas yang sangat berharga ini, dimana usia tersebut merupakan fase belajar dan tumbuh kembang terbaik pada anak. SCS menawarkan konsep rumah kedua yaitu pendidikan dan keluarga, situasi yang nyaman dan kondusif bersama guru guru yang mendedikasikan diri sepenuhnya untuk mendampingi dengan penuh kasih dan menyeluruh dalam proses belajar, sosialisasi maupun dalam pembentukan karakter anak seperti layaknya di dalam keluarga. *TODDLERS ( 9 months – 2 years )
During this period a child’s motor skills develop at a rapid rate. Everything seems attractive and worth touching, smelling, and tasting. Toddlers are full of energy, active and curious. A great change that occurs between 12 and 24 months is the child’s ability to begin to express oneself.
We combine the physical and cognitive activities to stimulate the brain development as well as the social and emotional expressions of the children. Individual attention and close supervision are tendered by responsive teachers. Toddler classroom is designed to meet the special needs of very young children.
*NURSERY 1-2 ( 2 – 4 years )
Children are in discovery stage. They are learning language skills, developing opinions and interests. They start coping with change as well as learning about themselves and their abilities. Preschool children are ready and eager to learn new concepts, developing their language and communication skills.
Early childhood is the gateway to learning, and here at Surabaya Cambridge School, we encourage our pupils to explore, experiment, and solve problems to develop self-confidence. Our goal is to nurture the development of the intellectual, social, emotional and spiritual aspects of the child. Furthermore, we develop their language and physical skills that will establish a strong foundation for each child as an eager and curious learner throughout life. Thus, it will ensure a successful transition to kindergarten.
SCS has clean , very attractive and well-decorated preschool classrooms. We want also our children to feel at ease by posting family photos on the wall to make them feel at home.
